风险审批专员岗 丨Risk Approval Specialist Position

1、负责日常风险监控，预警授信业务潜在风险，与客户经理制定相应的风险防范和缓解措施，监督风险防范措施的落实；

2、负责审核业务申请，向风险主管提供风险分析和建议；

3、负责在放款前审核法律文件以及放款前提条件的核准；

4、负责协助部门主管制定相关授信及信贷管理制度；

5、在团队成员缺席的情况下，完成其他风险管理部门缺席成员的工作任务。

Risk Approval Specialist Position:

(1) Responsible for daily risk monitoring, early warning of potential risks in credit business, developing corresponding risk prevention and mitigation measures with account managers, and supervising the implementation of risk prevention measures;

(2) Responsible for reviewing business applications and providing risk analysis and suggestions to the risk supervisor;

(3) Responsible for reviewing legal documents and approving preconditions for loan disbursement before disbursement;

(4) Responsible for assisting the department head in developing relevant credit and loan management systems;

(5) In the absence of other team members, complete the work tasks of other absent members of the risk management department.

1、具备经济金融或风险管理或财务会计的专业知识，最好具备相关法律法规方面的专业知识；

2、具备本地银行或者外资银行公司信贷业务审查经验

3、有良好的职业道德，事业心强，能长期工作；

4、英文听说读写流利，最好具备中文听说读写能力；

5、计算机技能良好，能熟练使用MS Word和Excel；

6、能承受压力，在紧迫的期限内完成业务要求。

Job Requirements

(1) Possess professional knowledge in economics and finance, risk management, or financial accounting, preferably with professional knowledge in relevant laws and regulations;

(2) Have experience in reviewing corporate credit business of local banks or foreign banks;

(3) Have good professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work long-term;

(4) Be fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), preferably with Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing);

(5) Have good computer skills and be proficient in using MS Word and Excel;

(6) Be able to withstand pressure and complete business requirements within tight deadlines.

1、负责网络、电力等IT基础设施的规划、搭建及维护等工作

2、负责办公电脑及其他相关电子设备的安装和维护工作

3、负责应用系统的搭建及维护工作

4、负责电子设备的规划及采购工作

5、负责与外部资源的沟通协调工作

6、负责实施信息安全管理措施

8、能适应缅文及中/英文为工作语言，要求中缅或中英流利

（1）Responsible for the planning, construction, and maintenance of IT infrastructure such as networks and power.

（2） Responsible for the installation and maintenance of office computers and other related electronic equipment.

（3） Responsible for the construction and maintenance of application systems.

（4） Responsible for the planning and procurement of electronic equipment.

（5）Responsible for communication and coordination with external resources.

（6）Responsible for implementing information security management measures.

（7）Responsible for providing technical support and service guarantees for the normal operation of office and business.

（8）Must be able to speak Burmese and Chinese/English as working languages, fluent in Burmese or Chinese/English is required.

1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业

2、专业、行业经验：1年以上IT系统维护与管理经验，熟悉软、硬件维护与安装、熟悉网络架构与通信线路维护

3、有较强的信息系统规划能力、综合管理与决策能力、团队合作与协调能力、组织/支持能力、较强的服务意识

4、较强的计算机技术背景，有丰富的计算机及相关设备操作维护经验

（1）Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, or related fields.

（2）Professional and industry experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT system maintenance and management, familiar with software and hardware maintenance and installation, and familiar with network architecture and communication line maintenance.

（3）Strong information system planning ability, comprehensive management and decision-making ability, teamwork and coordination ability, organizational /support ability, and strong service awareness. 

（4）Strong computer technology background and rich experience in the operation and maintenance of computers and related equipment.
